Faces of Black Lagoon: Chris Borek

Black Lagoon is a passionate team of nature enthusiasts and avid outdoorsmen with colleges degrees in the environmental sciences or wildlife management. When you see us wading through a pond, pulling a fountain out for repair, or pushing a boat through a pond full of algae, rest assured this is exactly where are staff wants to be. But who are the faces behind Black Lagoon and what motivates them to provide our clients with the highest possible level of service? The first in our series of introductions is Chris Borek, Owner/Director. Chris oversees all operations and goings on with Black Lagoon. Founding the company in 2006, Chris has been in the aquatic service industry for over 25 years, and currently sits on the board of directors for the Northeast Aquatic Plant Management society where he the 2015 Outstanding Member. A lifelong resident of Bordentown, New Jersey, he resides there with his wife, Karen, and son, Drew. Let’s get to learn more about Chris:
