Serving as project manager for southern New Jersey and southeast Pennsylvania, Steven employs his unique perspective when developing integrated invasive species management plans.  From working with the National Park Service — playing a key role with their invasive plant control team in Virginia — in addition to his work in aquatics, he offers a significant amount of experience implementing upland and wetland invasive control programs in parks, closed landfills, superfund sites and wetland mitigation areas from Virginia to New Jersey.  In addition to aquatics, Steven is licensed in Forest Pest Control.

An avid outdoorsman, Steven has a natural interest in biodiversity and conservation efforts. When not wading lakes and ponds, he can be found camping, backpacking, canoeing, fishing, hunting, and whitewater rafting.

Steven is trained and recognized as a SePro Preferred Applicator/Steward of Water.  He holds a degree in Wildlife Biology from the University of Maine.
